Organizations combine strengths to provide total EPM life-cycle solution
Utrecht, The Netherlands & Stockholm, Sweden – 16 March 2017 – Today, Infratects and Sucaba two of Europe’s foremost providers of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) Consulting and Services have announced a joint venture during the annual Top Gun conference in Amsterdam.
Operating since 2000 and 2004 respectively, Infratects & Sucaba have a long history of providing expert services to the marketplace and have respectively grown their senior consulting teams in their respective geographies in this time, Infratects focusing heavily on the technical side, Sucaba on the functional side.
With our Financial Close, Enterprise Planning, Management Reporting, Integration and Master Data offerings supported by our advisory, consulting, managed services and cloud & hosting practices we believe we have a compelling argument to become the partner of choice for the Oracle EPM & BI marketplace in Europe.
From this point forward we will be announcing the opening of JV entities where needed to service our clients. We will be operating jointly for all projects and RFP’s moving forward exposing our clients to the combined strength of our consulting force, product and service offerings.
This joint venture will result in the single largest EPM one-stop-shop in Europe with 141 staff, representing 28 nationalities distributed over 10 offices in 9 countries, a truly multi-cultural and multilingual enterprise. Whatever your language, English, Swedish, Finance or Technology we have someone who speaks it fluently.

For the fourth consecutive year Infratects Headquarters is proud to announce the certification of ISAE 3402 type II. The external auditor has been engaged to report on Infratects’ Hosting Services and the technical management of the Oracle Hyperion Suite of applications throughout the period December 1, 2015 to November 30, 2016 and on the design and operation of controls related to the control objectives. Infratects is one the first enterprises in the Netherlands that has acquired this quality standard for the EPM lifecycle Management services.
Infratects has a number of processes and procedures in place to comply with the contract agreements with our customers. The auditor has read and tested them and has come to the conclusion that the services are carried out as agreed.
There are two kinds of reports:
Type I: Documenting a "snapshot" of the organisation's controls
Type II: Documenting over a period of time (typically 6 months) showing controls have been managed over time.
The description fairly presents the Infratects’ system as designed and implemented throughout the period from December 1, 2015 to November 30, 2016;
The controls related to the control objectives stated in the description were suitably designed throughout the period from December 1, 2015 to November 30, 2016; and
- The controls tested, which were those necessary to provide reasonable assurance that the control objectives stated in the description were achieved, operated effectively throughout the period from December 1, 2015 to November 30, 2016.
Frank Wessels, Country Manager Benelux at Infratects, receiving the ISAE 3402 Type II report from Emile ten Hoor RA, Managing Director at Conclude.

Some source systems such as Universal Data Adapter allow passing parameters to filter out data when importing it into FDMEE. These source filters are defined statically when creating data load rules, but sometimes we have requirements where filter values need to be dynamically passed to the data extract process. During this webinar, we will see how to take source filters to the next level to provide a flexible data extract process.
